Dennis Chronopoulos is the visionary behind Panathinaikos Chicago, leading the club’s growth from its 2019 founding into an internationally recognized representative of Panathinaikos FC in the United States. He has secured major sponsorships, built strong partnerships with professional clubs in Greece, and expanded the program to include men’s, women’s, and youth teams.
Through his leadership, Panathinaikos Chicago has become a professional pathway for American players to compete at the highest levels abroad, while promoting the values, history, and global reach of the Panathinaikos name.
Board Member & Team Operations Support
Dimitrios Chronopoulos is founding board member of Panathinaikos Chicago, Dimitrios plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of the club. Whether driving the team bus, assisting with matchday operations, or stepping in wherever help is needed, he embodies the dedication and team spirit that define our organization. His commitment ensures that players and staff have the support they need to focus on performance on the field.
First Team Coach / Strength & Conditioning
Chris Tsichlis joined Panathinaikos Chicago as an assistant coach in 2024 and stepped into the first team coaching role recently in 2025. A strength and conditioning expert, he has attended at the 4ο Football 360 Summit in Athens in May of 2025 currently also works with Northwestern University’s NCAA D1 football team under the mentorship of coach Alex Spanos.
FIFA Agent
Stelios Vradelis is a FIFA Licensed Agent with an extensive European network, Stelios leads our Path-2-Pro program with Dennis Chronopoulos , helping Panathinaikos Chicago secure American professional opportunities overseas.
